At Mixcoart, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. All prints are made to order with premium archival materials and shipped securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Times

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days

  • Delivery time: 1–3 weeks depending on size and destination

Please note that some countries may charge import duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier and notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you if needed.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final as each print is made to order. However, if you receive an artwork with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mixcoart.store@gmail.com with photos and order details, and we will evaluate a replacement.
