Due to the made-to-order nature of our art prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once your order is placed.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an artwork with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mixcoart.store@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos clearly showing the defect

We will review your claim and offer a replacement if applicable. The return time will be 1 to 3 weeks.

Damage During Shipping

Mixcoart is not responsible for orders damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately and contact us if you need assistance.
